Car seat safety standard FMVSS No.213 'Child Restraint System'.
If you look at the crash test video below, you can see that the KneeGuardKids remain
in a fixed position in the event of a crash.
It is more likely to be injured by other parts of the car than to injuries caused by the KneeGuardKids.
KneeGuardKids, however, is covered by Product Liability Insurance (USD 1,000,000) in case of an accident.
